The team

The people (and dogs) behind JayTicket.

JayTicket is built in Diespeck near Nuremberg โ€” by a small team that came out of the IT service provider world themselves. We're building the tool we always wished we had.

Management

The two at the wheel.

Hartmut Schedel

Managing Director

Strategy, sales and customer relationships. Makes sure ideas turn into a product someone actually buys.

Alexander Eiermann

Managing Director ยท Product

Product vision, technical architecture and development roadmap. Still writes code regularly so the link to reality doesn't get lost.

Marketing & Infrastructure

Visibility and stability.

Alexander Mildner

Marketing

Tells the JayTicket story to the outside world โ€” website, content, campaigns, demos. Translates engineering-speak into sentences a managing director can read over lunch.

Thomas Benedikt

Head of Infrastructure

Owns the SaaS platform: German data center, backups, updates, monitoring. Keeps the lights on 24/7 โ€” even when nobody's watching.

Development

The ones who build it.

Four developers cover backend, frontend, integrations and security.

Lukas Hartmann

Senior Backend Engineer

.NET 10, EF Core, PostgreSQL. Owns the multi-tenant model, migrations and the Riverbird RMM integration.

Mira Eckert

Senior Frontend Engineer

React, TypeScript, Mantine. Maintains the design system and makes sure mobile and dark mode look right in every pixel.

Jonas Walter

Full-Stack Engineer

Mail integration (Microsoft Graph + IMAP + SMTP), notifications and ticket workflows. Tinkers everywhere data comes in or goes out.

Anna Beck

DevOps & Security Engineer

Docker build, CI pipelines, AES-256-GCM crypto and audit logs. Her favorite line: "Secure first, then ship."

Office dogs

Unofficially the most important staff.

They're in the office all day, happy about every hello, and find bug reports wonderful โ€” as long as you play with them afterwards.

Balu

Chief Stress-Reduction Officer

Greets every visitor in person, naps strategically during lunch and is convinced: every meeting gets better when he's lying in it.

Hazel

Head of Tail-Wagging

In charge of the office energy. Tail-wag frequency correlates statistically with the rate at which tickets get closed.
