We're glad you're visiting this website. The protection of your personal data matters to us. This website is a pure information site about the JayTicket product. It uses no cookies, no trackers, no third-party fonts, no analytics tool and no external resources whatsoever.

3. Data collected when you access the website (server logs)

When you access this website, our hosting provider records technical access data that your browser transmits automatically. These so-called server log files contain:

• anonymized or full IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• requested URL and HTTP status code
• volume of data transferred
• referrer URL (if sent by the browser)
• browser type and version, operating system

These data are processed by the hosting provider solely for the purpose of technical delivery, IT security (detection and defense against attacks) and statistical evaluation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically error-free and secure delivery). The data are not merged with any other data sources. They are deleted or anonymized after no more than 30 days.

This website uses no cookies — neither first-party nor third-party. As a result, no cookie banner and no consent are required.

4.1 Local storage (localStorage) for display preferences

The website offers a toggle for light / dark / automatic color mode. If you actively use it, your selection is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage under the key jt-theme with the values light, dark or auto — so the next page starts in the desired mode. This information never leaves your device, is not transmitted to our servers and is not used for re-identification. The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TTDSG (German Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act — strictly necessary for the telemedia service explicitly requested by the user). You can remove the value at any time via your browser settings.

5. Fonts and external resources

This website uses only the system fonts installed on your operating system. No Google Fonts, no Adobe Fonts, no external CDN fonts and no icon fonts are loaded. No data is transferred to any third party.

6. Analytics, tracking, advertising

This website uses no web analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics, Matomo, Plausible or similar), no re-targeting pixels, no social-media plugins, no embedded videos or maps from third parties. No usage statistics are generated.

7. Contacting us

If you contact us by email (e.g. via the mailto: link offered on this page) or by phone, your details will be stored to handle the request and in case follow-up questions arise. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient processing). We do not pass these data on without your consent.

8. Storage period

Personal data are stored only for as long as is necessary for the stated purposes or as statutory retention obligations require. Once the purpose ceases to apply, the data are deleted or anonymized.

10. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

11. Hosting

This website is hosted on a server in Germany. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with our hosting provider is in place.

12. Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy if legal requirements or website features change. The currently applicable version is always available on this page.
